BeeZee provides a platform that enables professional service providers to share client referrals and earn commissions within trusted networks ("Hives").

By accessing or using the BeeZee mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BeeZee App LLC.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are a professional service provider
  • You are legally authorized to perform your services
  • You hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance
  • You comply with all applicable laws

4. Nature of the Service

BeeZee is a technology platform only.

BeeZee does not:

  • Provide professional services
  • Employ professionals
  • Act as a broker, agent, or intermediary
  • Control or guarantee outcomes
  • Participate in agreements between users

All interactions and transactions occur solely between users.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Keeping your credentials secure
  • All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time.

6. Hives and Referrals

6.1 Hive Responsibility

You are solely responsible for selecting and trusting members of your Hive. BeeZee does not verify or guarantee the conduct or qualifications of any user.

6.2 Referral Sharing

By sharing a referral, you represent that you have obtained all necessary client consent and that the information provided is accurate.

6.3 Referral Acceptance

By accepting a referral, you agree to act professionally and assume full responsibility for all services provided.

6.4 No Ownership

Referrers do not retain ownership or exclusivity over client relationships.

7. User-Generated Business Activity

All activity on BeeZee is user-generated, including referrals, job reporting, and commission payments.

BeeZee does not verify or guarantee:

  • That a job was completed
  • That payment was made
  • That reported information is accurate

8. Fees and Commissions

8.1 Commission Obligation

By accepting a referral, you agree to pay a commission if the job is completed.

8.2 Commission Structure

Commission details are displayed before acceptance. The structure may include a split between users and BeeZee.

8.3 Self-Reporting

The platform relies on user honesty and self-reporting of completed work.

8.4 No Enforcement

BeeZee does not enforce commission payments and is not responsible for unpaid commissions or disputes between users.

8.5 Changes

BeeZee may modify commission structures at any time.

9. Payments and Financial Responsibility

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

You agree to comply with all applicable payment provider terms.

9.1 Chargebacks and Fraud

You are solely responsible for chargebacks, fraud, and disputes with clients.

9.2 Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.

9.3 Identity Verification

BeeZee or its partners may require identity verification or documentation. Failure to provide such information may result in account restrictions.

10. Off-Platform Activity

Users may interact outside the platform.

BeeZee has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any off-platform interactions.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Misrepresent completed work
  • Avoid commission obligations
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Circumvent the platform
  • Use automated tools to access the Service
  • Violate any laws or regulations

12. No Endorsement

BeeZee does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the qualifications or performance of any user.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including software and branding, is owned by BeeZee.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

BeeZee makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Income or earnings
  • Referral success
  • Business outcomes
  • Platform availability

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeZee shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income
  • Business losses
  • Failed referrals
  • Client disputes
  • User conduct

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • $100, or
  • The amount paid by you in the past 12 months

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BeeZee harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your services
  • Your conduct
  • Your violations of these Terms

17. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time.

You remain responsible for all obligations incurred prior to termination.

19. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

20. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BeeZee.

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

BeeZee may assign these Terms without notice.
